OAR Classified Ad / Great Cat Needs a Home

This sweet little girl is the only survivor of her homeless mom's litter and warmed up to belly rubs and treats in one day. She has an amazingly gentle disposition. We call her "O-ee". She loves to play with her toy feathers and wrestle with her pal Sable, a one-year-old cat. She is about 2 1/2 months old, has been vet checked and spayed, and would love to snuggle up in her new home soon! She is a very rare little girl, as most cats of her coloring are males. She has a sweet little squeaky noise that she makes when she is happy to see her people, and warms up to new people very quickly. Please consider this sweet little rescue!

[Update/ 09/16/2009 - Murphy the dog has found a new home! Thanks to all of those who were interested...]
Great family dog needs a family!!! Murphy was left homeless in Adams County in August and we brought him home rather than leave him out there alone. However we have 3 cats and a foster kitten that are not happy about his presence. He may be ok in a home with cats if the cats are accustomed to dogs. He is about 2 1/2 years old, neutered and utd on shots. He looks to be a rott/lab or possibly doberman/lab mix. Murphy is a loving companion; he responds to sit and stay, loves to fetch a ball or stick, and is happiest to just be with his people. We cannot imagine why this guy was abandoned. He is great with children and just about anybody he meets, but might be best as an only dog. We just know the perfect family is out there for him!

All applicants will be thoroughly screened! Vet reference is required.
